Okay, so I didn't get a ton done on the site today. I have way too many pages to get through for adding basic navigation for screen readers... I did finish some pixel stuff that will go up probably tomorrow, so there's that, at least. Also, I did not do fantastic in that job interview on Monday, but I don't really feel too bad about it because it turned out the job I was interviewing for was a lot more public-facing than I thought it was from the description. My current job is exhausting and makes me miserable, but at least I don't have to talk to the public. And I mean, even when I was doing retail I was out of social energy by lunch each shift. I need to find a job where I don't have to talk to anyone... and that pays enough to afford my apartment (they're raising my rent by, like, 18% at the start of January ಥ_ಥ). I can afford that, but it's going to be hard.
Anyway, on a completely different note, does anyone else like to look at the code on sites? It's not all the pages on this site, but my pixel sprite page at least does have some commentary and stuff hidden in the source if you want to look 👀

Currently working on going through all the site and finally getting the html accessibility up to snuff. I am so, so sorry as to how long it's taken to everyone who uses a screen reader. Otherwise probably not going to be much for the next few days because I'm going to be pretty busy. At least I took Wednesday off, so that'll be a good day for site stuff.

Oh well. I'll get back to those soon enough. In the meantime, I am hoping to maybe find a new job. My current one has become a fucken nightmare and while I like most other parts of it it's just becoming untenable to stay. Cross your fingers for me while I look! (Gd I hate job searching OTL)
I'm also (tentatively) opening requests for the little Sailor Moon: Another Story sprites. I mean, I don't know how many people, if any, are even reading these ramblings/care about sprites, but for now if you would like a sprite, send me an email? No guarantees that I'll make it, ofc- I prefer not to make sprites for series I'm not at least tangentially aware of and there are series where I might just say no because I personally dislike the series.
Also lol I just noticed that both my update log entries are within 5 minutes of each other. It's because 9 pm is an optimal site-editing time for me, but that is still sort of funny.

Figured I ought to make one of these at this point. As you might have noticed, I'm currently in a major sprite-making/spriting interest zone. If you know anyone else who's into the Sailor Moon: Another Story sprites or even others like the Tokimeki Girls' Side sprites (like my Hana Nono one), please, let me know! It seems like most of the sprite sites that make them died about 20 years ago TTnTT... Anyway, I plan on eventually making basically every Marvel character I'm familiar with. It's still going to be a ways off, ofc. There's so many charas to get to with that. I'm also eventually going to do more for other series I'm personally a fan of.
Also, if you like those little sprites (even if you don't make or collect them yourself), those aforementioned dead sites can be found on the Wayback Machine. They have tons of sprites for other stuff, too. I don't have them on my sprite page because I don't want to collect things for stuff I don't know and/or care about, but there's tons of sprites for other (very early 2000s) series like Rurouni Kenshin, American Idol, and Di Gi Charat among others. Other than that, I'll at some point in the (far, far distant) future get some pages about Marvel and other comics, but that's on the back burner for now. I'm also trying to remember to update some of the other pages relatively frequently, but I'm not great about that.
